Madani's Kitchen is also to re-establish the letters of nobility of African cooking, which
is extraordinarily rich and varied, that the founders of Madani's Kitchen created their
brand. Thanks to their in-depth knowledge and experience in customer service, Rokia
Kone wishes to promote the culinary art of a continent,
often forgotten and relegated to the secondary level in the Western world. Madani's
Kitchen has therefore set itself the goal of introducing the tasty dishes of the
continent in all its diversity and richness, offering fresh and natural products,
concocted in a style combining modernity and tradition. Madani's Kitchen is thus a
pioneer in its approach, as it is the first gastronomic catering service that wishes to
showcase Senegalese cooking in Vancouver. Beyond meat, chicken and fish dishes,
the brand also offers seafood dishes and even vegetarian meals. Madani's Kitchen
also offers the opportunity to discover local juices, such as Bouye juice (fruit of
African Baobab), "bissap" very popular in Senegal, prepared with hibiscus flowers.
